Booking Terms

1. Agreement and provider

These Booking Terms ("Terms") form an agreement between you and SargamEnergyHealing ("Sargam", "we", "us" or "our"), an Ontario-based spiritual wellness service. By completing a booking or payment, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted the version of these Terms presented to you at checkout.

If any part of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory right under applicable consumer-protection law, the mandatory right prevails.

2. Services and service locations

• Existing Free 5-Minute Vortex bookings: a complimentary 15-minute appointment for an approximately five-minute Dream Self Session through private Threads DMs. Applications are currently closed. Existing confirmed appointments remain valid under their original booking details.
• 5-Minute Dream Self Session: a private 15-minute Zoom appointment with an approximately five-minute Dream Self experience. $25 USD, payable when booking.
• Dream Self Unlock Session: a 20-minute guided experience within a 30-minute live Zoom gathering every Saturday, 11:45 a.m.-12:15 p.m. Eastern Time (Toronto), with a maximum of 40 participants per session.
• Goddess Energy: a private 15-minute Threads DM appointment with five minutes of focused empowerment for confidence and self-worth. $50 USD, payable when booking.
• Private Vortex Session: one 30-minute private Zoom experience reserved as a 40-minute appointment.
• 90-Day Vortex Journey: twelve weekly 30-minute private Zoom sessions, each reserved as a 40-minute appointment, plus the inclusions described on the offer page and at checkout.

The 5-Minute Dream Self Session on Zoom and Goddess Energy are offered Monday-Friday, 11:40 a.m.-2:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 12:40-2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (Toronto). Private Vortex and 90-Day Vortex Journey booking windows are Monday-Friday, 9:30 a.m.-12:00 p.m. and 4:00-7:00 p.m.; Saturdays, 9:30-11:20 a.m. and 4:00-7:00 p.m. Eastern Time, subject to calendar availability. No meetings are offered on Sundays. Published event details and your confirmation email control the date and time of a specific booking.

3. Prices, currency, taxes and payment

All prices are stated in United States dollars (USD). Current listed prices are $25 USD for the private 5-Minute Dream Self Session on Zoom, $25 USD launch price for Dream Self Unlock Session, $50 USD for Goddess Energy, $111 USD for the Private Vortex Session and $1,800 USD for the 90-Day Vortex Journey.

Applicable taxes, if any, will be disclosed before payment. Paid bookings are processed through the payment method shown at checkout, expected to be Calendly with Stripe. We do not receive your full card number. A paid booking is confirmed only after successful payment and delivery of a confirmation notice.

4. Confirmation, access and private materials

Applications for complimentary private Threads sessions are currently closed. Existing confirmed bookings remain valid at no charge, with the date, time and access details in the original confirmation.

The 5-Minute Dream Self Session on Zoom is booked directly with payment, without an application. You may book up to 14 days ahead, subject to availability. Your confirmation and email reminder include your private Zoom link and preparation guide.

Goddess Energy is booked directly with payment, without an application. Supply your Threads username and be online in that account at the confirmed start time.

Your booking confirmation will contain or provide access to the information needed for your experience. Zoom links are supplied privately for Zoom services. Preparation PDFs and the 90-Day Vortex Journal are booking materials for confirmed participants and are not publicly available on the website.

You are responsible for providing an accurate email address, checking spam or junk folders and contacting us promptly if a confirmation or access link has not arrived. Do not share a private Zoom link or participant-only material with another person.

5. Rescheduling, cancellations and refunds

Private sessions and Journey appointments

You may reschedule a private appointment at no additional charge by giving at least 24 hours' notice before its scheduled start. A cancellation or change requested less than 24 hours before the start time, or failure to attend, is non-refundable and the appointment may be treated as used.

Paid group sessions

Paid group bookings are non-refundable once booked. If you miss a Dream Self Unlock, you may request one transfer to the next available Dream Self Unlock. The transfer has no cash value, depends on space being available and must be requested by email.

Free sessions

Free appointments may be changed subject to availability. Repeated missed free appointments may be declined so that limited weekly spaces remain available to others.

Cancellation by Sargam

If we cancel a paid service and cannot provide it as agreed, you may choose a reasonably comparable replacement date or a refund for the affected service. We are not responsible for incidental expenses you incur. Refunds, when due, are returned through the original payment method and may take time to appear depending on the payment provider.

Nothing in this section limits a cancellation, refund or other remedy that cannot lawfully be waived.

6. Late arrival and technical access

Please join or be ready on the required platform at the confirmed start time. Late arrival does not extend the scheduled end time. You are responsible for a compatible device, stable internet connection, current Zoom or Threads access as applicable, and a sufficiently private environment.

If your technical problem prevents participation, the missed-session rules apply. If our technical problem materially prevents delivery, we will offer a replacement or other remedy appropriate to the affected service.

7. Participation, consent and respectful conduct

You remain in control of your participation and may pause or leave an experience at any time. Please communicate relevant comfort needs and boundaries without sharing unnecessary medical information. Harassment, threats, disruption, unauthorized promotion or conduct that compromises another participant's privacy may result in removal without refund, to the extent permitted by law.

Group participants must respect the confidentiality and dignity of others. No session may be recorded, photographed, transcribed or redistributed without Sargam's prior written consent and, where applicable, the consent of every affected participant.

8. Spiritual wellness disclaimer

Golden Vortex and intuitive energy experiences are spiritual wellness practices. They are not medical care, psychotherapy, counselling, diagnosis, treatment, crisis support or a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. Sargam does not diagnose conditions, prescribe treatment or promise a cure or specific result.

Experiences vary and may include strong emotions or no noticeable sensation. Use your own judgment about participation. For a medical or mental-health concern, contact an appropriately licensed professional. In an emergency, call local emergency services or an appropriate crisis service.

9. Intellectual property and participant materials

The website, preparation guides, Vortex Map framework, journal, prompts, recordings authorized by us and other original materials are owned by or licensed to SargamEnergyHealing. A confirmed participant receives a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use supplied materials for their own participation. You may not publish, sell, copy for others or commercially exploit them without prior written permission.

10. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. By using third-party services such as Calendly, Stripe, Zoom or Threads, you also interact with those providers under their own terms and privacy practices.

11. Liability and events beyond control

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SargamEnergyHealing is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from the services, third-party platforms or participant technology. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable liability for gross negligence, wilful misconduct or non-waivable consumer rights.

We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events reasonably beyond our control, such as widespread platform outages, internet or power failures, severe weather, illness or government action. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate and reschedule an affected service.

12. Ontario law, changes and general terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without depriving you of any mandatory protection that applies in your place of residence. The courts of Ontario will have jurisdiction where legally permitted.

We may update these Terms for future bookings. The version accepted at the time of booking applies to that booking unless a change is required by law or you agree otherwise. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be limited or severed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue.
