We use personal information only for identified and reasonable purposes, including to:
- review free-session applications, respond to inquiries and provide requested information;
- schedule, confirm, reschedule, deliver and document bookings;
- process payments and maintain transaction records;
- send booking confirmations, preparation materials, access links and service reminders;

4. Consent and choices
We obtain meaningful consent where required. Your consent may be express, such as when you submit a booking form or opt in to text reminders, or implied where the purpose is obvious and the information is not sensitive. You may withdraw consent at any time, subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice. Withdrawal may mean we can no longer provide a requested service.
SMS reminders are optional. Standard carrier charges may apply, and you can opt out using the instructions in the message or by contacting us. Operational emails required to administer an active booking are separate from marketing communications.
5. Service providers and disclosures
We may give limited information to service providers that help us operate, including FormSubmit for delivering free-session applications, Calendly for scheduling and reminders, Stripe for payments, Zoom for video sessions, Microsoft or Outlook for email, Meta or Threads for private DM experiences, including complimentary sessions and Goddess Energy, and our website hosting and technology providers. Each provider processes information under its own terms and privacy practices.
We may also disclose information where required by law, to respond to lawful requests, to protect legal rights or safety, or in connection with a business reorganization. We do not authorize service providers to use personal information for unrelated purposes.
6. Processing outside Canada
Some service providers may process or store information outside Ontario or Canada, including in the United States. Information in another jurisdiction may be accessible to courts, law enforcement or regulators under that jurisdiction's laws. Contact us if you want more information about our use of service providers outside Canada.
7. Retention and safeguards
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above and to meet legal, tax, accounting, dispute-resolution and security requirements. Retention periods vary by record type. When information is no longer required, we delete, anonymize or securely dispose of it.
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed. If a breach creates a real risk of significant harm, we will investigate, document and give notice as required by law.
8. Website data and third-party links
Our hosting provider may create essential technical logs needed to deliver and secure the website. We do not currently use advertising cookies on this website. Links to Calendly, Stripe, Zoom, Threads or other services take you to environments we do not control; their privacy policies apply there.
9. Access, correction and complaints
You may ask to access personal information we hold about you, request a correction, withdraw consent or ask how your information has been used or disclosed, subject to lawful exceptions. We may need to verify your identity before responding.
Send requests or complaints to sargam_s@live.com. We will investigate and respond within a reasonable time. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
10. Minors
Our services and website are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a minor without appropriate authorization. If you believe a minor has provided information without authorization, please contact us so we can review and delete it where appropriate.
11. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy when our practices, providers or legal obligations change. The revised version will be posted here with a new effective date. Material changes will be communicated where required.
