This session takes place live through private Threads DMs. Be ready to receive messages at the start time and check your message requests. Use the same Threads account you provide when booking.

Do I need any experience?

No. Come with one intention and the willingness to notice how you feel. You choose what to share and can ask to pause at any time.

Will I feel different afterward?

The intention is to support confidence and self-worth. Experiences vary, and no particular feeling or result is promised. There is nothing you need to perform or get right.

When can I book?

Monday-Friday between 11:40 a.m. and 2:00 p.m., and Saturdays between 12:40 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. Eastern Time (Toronto), subject to availability and existing appointments. Sundays are reserved for rest. Your confirmation shows your chosen date and time.

What if I need to change my appointment?

You may reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. Please read the Booking Terms and Privacy Policy before booking.
